Longgang proposes up to ¥10M in equity investment for seed-stage OPC projects; eligible founders (e.g., graduates within 5 years, HK/Macao/Taiwan, China residents) can claim a ¥10k one-time startup subsidy after 6 months of operation, plus rent subsidies and 个转企 cash rewards up to ¥10k.

The action plan targets 500,000 m² of OPC communities by end-2027. Longgang offers AI OPC talent up to 4 rent-free two-bedroom apartments for 1 year; Longhua adds compute infrastructure and open scenarios across ten dimensions.
